Local Enterprise Office Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown (LEO DLR) - the Irish partner in the 2inno project - has assembled a team of experienced coaches which we can assign to a business that wishes to develop an innovation strategy. Each of our coaches is aware of the need to have the “big picture” in mind when implementing Innovation Management in a small business. 


Getting involved is straightforward. If you run a SME or Microenterprise, your business is active in one of four sectors (Information & Communication Technology, Life Sciences, Renewable Energy or Tourism) and you would like to receive coaching on how best to introduce a structured approach to practising innovation in your business, you are eligible to apply for free coaching support. Places are limited are open to businesses operating with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County, Dublin.

Oliver O'Reilly

Oliver O'Reilly is a portfolio manager providing mentoring, coaching, mediation and business strategy consultancy services to an eclectic group of clients. A former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a PLC, Oliver has a background with both multinational and Irish companies that strongly featured  innovative, strategic and change management programmes as part of the culture. He holds the Diploma in Coaching from the IMI and works with clients in both the SME and multinational sectors.

Lisa Cunningham

Lisa Cunningham is Owner & MD of Vogue Business Development, a business which has operating successfully for over thirty years. Lisa's business has expertise in creating, managing and implementing Sales, Marketing and Public Relations programmes to bring new brands to market or drive new business to established brands, across a range of industries both on and off line.

Noel McGrath


Noel McGrath has worked for 30 years in the IT multinational sector in Ireland. His last position was eCommerce / Customer Support Manager in Creative Labs. He has many years managerial experience in product development, customer service and training. In addition to qualifications in Human Resource Management and Computer Engineering, Noel completed the HDip Business (Small Enterprise Support) in Dundalk IT in 2010. Specialises in Website Design, Digital and Social Media Marketing & Strategy, Business Planning and Customer Support.

Clodagh O'Brien


Clodagh O'Brien is a partner in Crowe Horwath, a leading accountancy and business advisory practice in Ireland. Her specialist skills include innovation, business development, strategy, marketing and project management. Clodagh is certified in Training and Field Work as an Innovation Coach with Enterprise Development Group, US. Clodagh has worked as an Innovation Coach with CreativeD. She holds a BA in International Marketing and Languages (German and Spanish) Dublin City University and MA in Sociology NUI Maynooth.
